I've set up this project management board to help us throughout the consulting and developing process.

This system saves data when you click the Submit Changes button. This means you don't have to complete all of the information in one go and can come back as often as you need to.

For the best performance, information added to your project board

should be done from a laptop and/or desktop.

How it Works

Photos for your website.

It is your responsibility to supply photo/graphic files via email. You should always supply photographs in high-resolution for the best outcome. No pictures? No problem. Free online images safe for your website can be found on websites such as pixabay.com, rawpixel.com, unsplash.com, and pexels.com.

 

Please email me all of the images that you would like added to your site. For the highest quality, professional photos are recommended. DO NOT send any pictures/images in a Word document or Facebook messenger as this decreases the resolution and quality of images.

 

If you do not have any professional photos or no time to look for free stock images yourself, just let me know and I will choose two free stock photos, per page, for you.  The images I choose are not negotiable, I will not change out images I've chosen for your website if you do not like them. Please understand searching for images can become very time-consuming.

*An additional fee of $50 will be sent in the form of an invoice if photos are not provided and research is necessary.​* 

Logos and Images should always be sent as attachments in an email (you can send multiple pictures in one email). Please send your logo in PNG format (transparent) only.

Weekly Meeting Information

  • Each client receives my full attention.

  • Time Frame: Template Websites should take no more than 20 business days from start to finish. Custom Websites should take no more than 30 business days from start to finish.

  • Waitlist: Due to having a waitlist, if the information/photos needed are not provided in a timely manner, I will have no choice but to move you to the back of the waitlist.

  • I have found by meeting online every 5 days tends to help keep everyone on task.

Helpful tips:
1. Load the meeting on your cell phone.
2. Use your laptop or desktop during the transfer process of your website.
(this way you can see my screen on your phone and follow along on your laptop or desktop.)
3. Have a debit or credit card ready. We will be upgrading your website and purchasing a website domain/link.
4. Join the meeting a few minutes early in case you have technical difficulties.
